Part II: Sample Preparation for AFM Particle Characterization

The main focus of this article is to present a general survey of AFM sample preparation methods for nanoparticle characterization. The authors present a review of the available methods for AFM particle imaging and characterization in ambient conditions and in liquids. When available, references for additional information are provided.
