Brunel SP20D MicroscopeThe SP20D has been specifically commissioned by ourselves to combine effective optics with a stablecamera CMOS chip and easy to use software that allows full image manipulation and image SP20D has a four position turret with RMS standard achromatic objectives x4, x10, x40 and x100(oil), and a widefield x10 eyepiece giving a magnification range of x40 to x1000. There is a fullmechanical stage with double vernier scale and coaxial drop down controls. Focus is by coaxial coarseand fine focus controls with an inbuilt safety stop.
