It shall be a rule of construction for the BUILDING code REFERENCE STANDARDS of the appendix to chapter oneof title twenty-seven of the administrative code of the city of New York that references to the sections of theAdministrative code repealed by Chapter 907 of the Laws of 1985, heretofore promulgated and currently in effect,should be deemed to refer to the corresponding new sections of such code as specified in the distribution tablecontained in Chapter 907 or as assigned by the State Legislation Bill Drafting Commission.
