The word wound was misspelled in the Interpretive Guidance section. All other material in this instruction remains the same. SUBJECT: Revision of Appendix PP Section (d) Urinary incontinence , Tags F315 and F316 I. SUMMARY OF CHANGES: Current Guidance to Surveyors is entirely replaced by the attached revision. The two tags are being combined as one, which will become F315. Tag F316 will be deleted.
