Direct Transfer Authorization FormTo set up and activate a link between one of your transactional accounts at Canadian Tire Bank and one of your accounts at another Canadian financial institution (an External Account), please do the following:(1) Complete this form in its entirety and sign the bottom.(2) Send a void cheque or fill out a personalized cheque, drawn on the External Account, made payable to you in the amount you d like deposited into your Canadian Tire Bank account, or send a letter from the financial institution holding the External Account that identifies the External Account (stamped by that institution).
