Jul 21, 2017 · 3.3.1.1 Death sentenced inmates shall be permitted to seek and obtain reclassification to Close Custody based on the criteria available to non-death sentenced inmates set forth in 3.2 of this section. Death sentenced inmates shall not be classified as Maximum Custody based solely on their death sentence.
