Enhanced Continuing Professional Development and Personal Development Planning Aims: To make participants aware of the current General Dental Council (GDC). Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements and to be aware of the planned Enhanced CPD requirements. Learners will also be introduced to Personal Development Planning (PDP) and reflective learning.
