All activities of Fidelity Charitable , and participation in the donor- advised fund Program , are subject to the terms and conditions of the Fidelity Charitable Declaration of Trust ( Declaration of Trust ) and these Guidelines . Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees ( Trustees ), who are responsible for all aspects of its operations.
