Fidelity Charitable Program GUIDELINESFIDELITY Charitable Program GUIDELINESThese Fidelity Charitable Program Guidelines ( Guidelines ) describe the donor-advised fund Program of the Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund ( Fidelity Charitable ), as well as important policies, procedures, and benefits associated with establishing and maintaining a donor-advised fund ( Giving account ) at Fidelity Charitable . All activities of Fidelity Charitable , and participation in the donor-advised fund Program , are subject to the terms and conditions of the Fidelity Charitable Declaration of Trust ( Declaration of Trust ) and these Guidelines . Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees ( Trustees ), who are responsible for all aspects of its operations. Individual Account Holders will be asked to recommend at least one successor for the Giving Account. This successor(s) can be an individual to assume Giving Account privileges, and/or Qualified Charitable Organizations to receive any remaining balance in the Giving Account after the death of the last remaining Account Holder.
