ALL NEW STUDENTS MUST PRODUCE: Original Identity Documents Indemnity Form (available on the website at ) Surety Form (available on the website at ) Original NSC (Grade 12) Certificate / or relevant Tertiary Qualifications. Please note where the Senior certificates have not been released, the original results statement is required. CAO Number ( FIRST time entering students only) INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS International Students would be required to complete the manual REGISTRATION process and are requested to present themselves at the REGISTRATION venue on their respective REGISTRATION date with the required documentation.
