2008 AACE INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS. Forensic Schedule analysis : Example Implementation Mr. Mark C. Sanders, PE CCE PSP. T his paper presents a Forensic Schedule analysis (FSA) Example Implementation , prepared to address the application of procedures described in AACE International's Recommended Practice on Forensic Schedule analysis (RP 29R-03) [1]. The techniques explored here or variations on these techniques have been commonly referred to as windows analysis or Time Impact analysis . Those terms are not used here, in preference for the taxonomic terms presented in the RP 29R-03. This paper presents two separate analyses of the same project. The analyses are based on the Method Implementation Protocols in Sections and of the recommended practice.
