May 18, 2021 · sooner if Washington reaches the WA-based vaccination goal of 70% of 16+ individuals initiating vaccine, all industry sectors previously covered by the Roadmap to Recovery or the Safe Start plan (with the limited exceptions noted below for large indoor events) may return to usual capacity and operations.
