Learning objective 2d can be measured by discussing it during the training after practicing it. Furthermore learning objectives 3, 3a, 3b & 3c can be measured by the participants. During this training all participants are getting the opportunity to practice accurate listening in different settings, by reflecting what theyve heard the other say.
