For good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: 1. General Purpose. The general purpose of this Agreement is to engage the Services of Consultant to perform the Services described in Schedule A (the Services ). 2. General Duties of Consultant. Consultant shall perform the Services in conformance with the attached Schedules, all of which are incorporated herein, and in conformance with Professional standards for performing Services of a similar kind.
