MEDICAL RECORD DOCUMENTATION AND UNDERSTANDING LEGAL ASPECTS FOR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS A 2-HOUR IN-SERVICE COURSE DESIGNED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF (2)(C), FAC 2008 This in-service course has been developed by the Florida Health Care Association and is intended to assist FHCA member facilities to help their Certified Nursing Assistants meet the requirements of (2) (c), Florida Administrative Code, which provides that CNAs will have as part of their two-year in-service education training in MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION and legal aspects appropriate to nursing assistants.
