Business Day has the meaning given to it in the ECNL. ... Insurance Act means the Insurance Act 1973 (Cth). Insurance Rules means the rules set out in Schedule 6, as amended from time to time. Jeopardised means put at risk the integrity of the Titles Register by fraud or other means.
