Letter from the Mayor Dear Colleague: The pay plan packet includes relevant information on pay increases for eligible employees, non-represented and represented employee workgroups. We also absorbed the rising cost of health insurance for employees, which impacted some plan design changes. This is the best way to attract and retain premier talent. I want to thank the Memphis City Council for its continued partnership and for working with us to prioritize this continued improvement in how city government impacts the lives of our employees.
