Permanent Angling License Application *This Application is not to be used for Annual free Angling for SSI, SSDI, legally blind or workmen compensation total and Permanent disability.* DNR/ License Center Updated July, 2017 To qualify for a Permanent Angling License , you must provide documentation that you meet the eligibility for one of the following statutes: A Permanent Angling License will be issued to a resident 16 years of age and older who is developmentally disabled upon furnishing satisfactory evidence of the disability. A doctor s statement/diagnosis of the applicant s disability must accompany this Application . A Permanent Angling License will be issued to a resident who is a veteran and has a 100 % service connected disability as defined by the United States Veterans Administration upon furnishing satisfactory evidence.
