This Regulation is issued under the authority of DoD Instruction 5200.08, “Security of DoD Installations and Resources,” December 10, 2005. It implements the policies and minimum standards for the physical security of DoD installations and resources. DoD 5200.08-R, “Physical Security Program,” May 1991, is hereby canceled.
