Spouse/Qualified Domestic Partner Coverage Minimum coverage: $20,000 Maximum coverage: $500,000 in $20,000 increments Dependent Child(ren) Coverage $10,000 Eligibility: You may insure your unmarried dependent children from age 15 days up to age 26. When children reach age 26 they may convert their coverage to an individual life insurance policy with MetLife.
