2.1 The procedures in the manual shall be applied in acquisition, storage and distribution of pharmaceuticals, non-pharmaceuticals and medical equipment in the public health sector in Kenya. 2.2 These procedures shall remain effective until announced otherwise by the Public Procurement Oversight Authority through the Ministry of Health.
