Oct 31, 2014 · incident requires more than one RIC, in accordance with the NIMS-ICS, a RIC Group Superviso-ry would be needed. Qualifications for those officers have been included in the RIC Team Guidelines. For uniform training, there needs to be uniform teaching. Instructor Standards were de-veloped.
