Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Mah. Act No. XXXVII of 1966) or the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 and the rules framed there under, and the National Building Code (NBC) of India 2005, as amended from time to time, as the case may be, unless the context otherwise requires.
