The application must be stamped with the official date stamp of thepolice station where it is received. The police station where the application is captured must completeSection A. The police station where the application is received must completeSection B. The Deciding Officer must complete Section C. The applicant must complete Sections D, E, G , I, J and K. The current owner of the firearm(s) must complete Section F.
