ARTICLE IV - SITE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS SECTION 2 - LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS IV - 2 - 1 SECTION 2 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS PURPOSE: Landscaping is accepted as adding value to property and is in the general welfare of the City. Therefore, landscaping is required of new development and altered or repaired construction on all developments and construction of the developments shall conform to the standards in this Ordinance (the " LANDSCAPE Standards"). Single-Family uses are generally not required to provide extensive landscaping.
