This Agreement applies to all “Included” bargaining unit members regardless of their status (exempt, permanent, probationary, grant funded) except as described in paragraph 2 below. The parties agree that in the event the Public Employees Relations Commission issues a Final Order in RC-2014-026 modifying the bargaining unit composition
