SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASEThis SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT and RELEASE is entered into between and among Plaintiffs Keith Snyder, Susan Mansanarez, and Tracee A. Beecroft ( Plaintiffs ), on behalf of themselves and all SETTLEMENT Class Members as defined herein on the one hand, and Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC ( Ocwen ), on the other. Plaintiffs and Ocwen are referred to collectively in this SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT as the Parties. October 27, 2014, Plaintiff Snyder filed the Snyder Litigation, a putative nationwide class action in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ( TCPA ) and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ). On April 16, 2016, Plaintiff Snyder amended his class action complaint to add Plaintiff Mansanarez as a class representative for the putative TCPA class alleged in the Snyder Litigation.
