Clinically, the individual may be asymptomatic or ex-perience a variety of complexarrhythmias, which may be disablingand rarely cause sudden death. reentrant tachycardias.6,7 Although not illustrated in our applicant’s ECG, the abnormal sequence of ventricular activation often gives rise to an abnormal se-quence of repolarization, resulting in ST-T wave abnormalities. The direction of the ST-T wave abnormalities is usually oriented op-posite to the vectors of the delta wave and QRS complex.
