All Technoelectrical components are similarly warranted for a period of one (1) year from the time of shipment fromTechno facilities. Techno s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing the product or, at itsoption, replacing the product without additional charge, provided the item is properly returned to Techno forrepair as described below.
