BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: . 1. (1) This Act may be called the ARBITRATION and CONCILIATION ( amendment ) Act, 2015. Short title and (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd October, 2015. commence- ment. 26 of 1996 . 2.
