YUKON NOMINEE PROGRAM . APPLICATION handbook . OVERVIEW. The YUKON NOMINEE PROGRAM (YNP) is administered by the YUKON Government in partnership with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under the Agreement for Canada- YUKON Co-operation on Immigration'. The purpose of the YUKON NOMINEE PROGRAM is to help the YUKON Government respond to labour market needs in a sustainable way, while at the same time ensuring that job opportunities are safeguarded for Yukoners and Canadians.
