CATALOG . TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: Payment must be in the form of cash, certified check or cashier's check. (Per RCW and King County Code ). No equipment will be released and no titles issued until payment in the form of cash, certified check or cashier's check has been made in full. Personal or business checks are accepted as a promissory note only, and must be redeemed by cash, certified check or cashier's check made out to King County Finance. Buyers must redeem their personal or business checks according to the following schedule: MONDAY, MAY 21st, TUESDAY, MAY 22nd, & WEDNESDAY, MAY 23rd, 9:00 - 3:00 , at auction site: 3005 4th Street, Renton, WA. Buyer shall be expected to provide receipt of cash payment at time property is removed from auction site.
