Standing Order to Dispense Naxolone

Dispense: Two or more 1ml single dose vials of naloxone HCL (0.4mg/1ml) inj. and sufficient quantity of 3 ml syringes with 23 or 25 gauge 1.5 ” needles for the number of doses dispensed.
