THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908

1.(1) This Act may be cited as theShort title, commencement and extent Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. (2) It shall come into force on the first day of January, 1909. (3) It extends to the whole of Bangladesh. Definitions 2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (1) "Code" includes rules:
