Western therapists are now approaching Unitive Understanding ( yoga ) and wholistic therapies ( yoga Chikitsa ) with yoga like practices. Many of these Western practices are being absorbed into Indian therapies because our own Indian Therapists are not aware of the scope of yoga Chikitsa and quickly take up these modern and often less practical but m ore costly therapies.
