Equipment audit Test Work Equipment Audit: The equipment audit can be downloaded from: 17e26 Equipment Audit Participants are reminded that compliance to the equipment definitions in the standard is required every day that the standard is applied. Test results generated by non-compliant equipment are invalid. Therefore, PRIOR TO SUBMISSION of the equipment audit form, participating laboratories are strongly advised to compare their findings with the requirements of the standard and to rectify the equipment so that compliance is assured prior to performing any further test work.
