1 Friends and Family of Northern Virginia Deltas Scholarship Fund 2018 Scholarship Guidelines Application Deadline: 11:59 PM EST, Saturday, January 27, 2018 Friends and Family of Northern Virginia Deltas Scholarship Fund In 2012, the Northern Virginia Delta Education and Community Service ( NVDECS ) Foundation launched the Friends and Family of Northern Virginia Deltas Scholarship Fund in commemoration of the Foundation s 20th anniversary. Delta Decisions of DC, LLC, a woman-owned business located in Washington, DC, is honored to announce its third annual Fellowship that will support a graduate student pursuing an advanced degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) and with an interest in the arts (STEaM). Eligible applicants must demonstrate acceptance to or be enrolled in an accredited STEM-related graduate program at a university located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area.
