Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (“ACICA”) and may be referred to as the “ACICA Arbitration Rules”. 1.2 ACICA administers the resolution of disputes by arbitral tribunals in accordance with the Rules. ACICA is the only body authorised to administer arbitrations under the Rules.
