Regulation Statement The Texas A&M University System (system) is committed to providing excellence in education, research and service. The system shall maintain a Compensation program directed toward attracting, retaining and rewarding a qualified and diverse workforce. Within the boundaries of financial feasibility, employee Compensation shall be externally competitive and internally equitable. Reason for Regulation This regulation provides guidance regarding Compensation Administration while establishing uniform Compensation practices.
