(a) If substituted service of citation is authorizedunder the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the court may prescribe asa method of service under those rules an electronic communicationsent to the defendant through a social media website if the courtfinds that:(1)AAthe defendant maintains a social media page onthat website;(2)AAthe profile on the social media page is the profileof the defendant;(3)AAthe defendant regularly accesses the social mediapage account; and(4)AAthe defendant could r
