In all cases in these Regulations , the College refers to the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand. 1. DUTIES OF OFFICE BEARERS AND OFFICERS OF THE BOARD. Pursuant to Clause 10 of the Constitution, the Board will elect the following at the first Board meeting in each year to take office at the first Board meeting following the Annual General Meeting: Office-Bearers President Responsible to Fellows and the Board for the oversight of the College. Vice-President Chair of the Fellowship Affairs Committee, Responsible for the smooth running of the Executive and support to the President Treasurer Responsible to the Board for the oversight of the financial affairs of the College.
