The HINDU laws inBangladesh, where most of the people are Muslims, are notreformed because of the politicization of religion while radicalchanges have been brought in india in response to the changingtrends of society, where the majority of the population is fact, it is difficult to bring reforms to laws affecting the majorityof the population of a country, it is impossible to do so in case ofminorities. This happens in Bangladesh. This article demonstratesthe laws that apply in Bangladesh and at the same time shows thereforms that made in india .
want to refer the requirements of Hindu marriage in India at first and then I will go to the former (Bangladesh) and afterwards I will compare between the two.
