The Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual establishes ORGANIZATION NAME's Policies in various financial-related areas and sets forth the Procedures to be followed in adhering to those Policies .

ORGANIZATION NAME are maintained in accordance with the principles of "fund accounting". Resources to be used for specific purposes are classified for accounting and reporting purposes into funds that are in accordance with activities specified. Fund balances restricted by outside sources are distinguished from unrestricted funds.
