For North Carolina notarial acknowledgments, other than forms which might be mandated by other statutory provisions (outside of Chapter 47), statutory safe harbor notary acknowledgment forms are set forth below. NOTE: These do not affect statutorily mandated notarial certificate forms in other chapters of the North Carolina General Statutes other than Chapter 10B and Chapter 47 (such as powers of attorney under Chapter 32A or self-proving wills under ).
