This program is intended to provide support to State, territorial, local, and Tribal governments in responding to the economic and public health impacts of COVID-19 and in their efforts to contain impacts on their communities, residents, and businesses.
Recipients may use SLFRF award funds to provide assistance to households, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals within the eligible use categories described in Treasury’s Interim Final Rule for costs that those households, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals incurred prior to March 3, 2021.
