ADDENDUM A . Subcontractor Insurance requirements Certificates and endorsements must be received and approved prior to the start of any work. No payments will be released until all Insurance documents are received and accepted. Subcontractor (service provider shall herein also be referred to as Subcontractor ) shall, at its expense, carry and maintain Insurance on all its operations, in Insurance companies with an A. M. Best Insurance Rating of A-VIII or better or otherwise acceptable to Contractor, as follows: (A) Workers' Compensation and Employers liability Insurance 1. Workers' Compensation Insurance shall be provided as required by any applicable law or regulation. 2. Employers liability Insurance shall be provided in amounts not less than $1,000,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident, $1,000,000 policy limit for bodily injury by disease and $1,000,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease.
