ADI 2022 Benefits Program paid time Off ADI provides a variety of paid time off programs to encourage work/life balance: Vacation time Sick time 10 paid Company Holidays Parental Leave and Other LeavesVACATION TIMEV acation time offers time away from work, and is based on the following schedule :0-4 YEARS OF SERVICE136 hours (17 days)*5-9 YEARS OF SERVICE160 hours (20 days)*10+ YEARS OF SERVICE200 hours (25 days)**Based on 8-hour daysAll regular employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours are eligible for vacation time . Vacation time will be pro-rated if you work less than 40 hours per note: Legacy Linear employees that chose to retain the Legacy Linear Vacation Accrual schedule with Sabbatical will follow their vacation TIMEPaid sick time is available when you are sick and unable to work, when a family member is sick and you need to stay home to care for them, to attend medical or dental appointments, or for other reasons allowed by law.
