New York permits ADMISSION on motion without examination for applicants who have practiced for five of the preceding seven years, are admitted to practice in at least one reciprocal jurisdiction, and who attended and graduated with a first degree in law from a law school that was approved by the American Bar Association at all times during the period of applicant's attendance.
