ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE ON PERSONAL COMPUTERS This DISTRIBUTION License Agreement (along with all exhibits and attachments hereto, the Agreement ) is an agreement between the party listed on Exhibit A ( Distributor ) and ADOBE (as defined below). By indicating acceptance of this Agreement at or by distributing the distributable version of the software provided to Distributor by ADOBE , Distributor agrees to the terms of this Agreement. The individual who accepts this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she has the authority to bind Distributor. This Agreement is effective against ADOBE only if Distributor has provided ADOBE with information about its intended DISTRIBUTION and ADOBE has confirmed its acceptance of this Agreement in writing to Distributor.
