ADRP 6-22 contains four parts comprised of 11 chapters that describe the Army’s view on leadership: Part One defines leadership, describes the foundations of Army leadership, and introduces the Army Leadership Requirements Model in Chapter 1. It addresses the various roles of Army leaders and the levels of leadership in Chapter 2.
